8GB of storage in the doorbell. eufy estimates 90 days at 30 clips of 20 seconds a day. Cloud plans are optional.
Privacy
eufy says push notifications with thumbnail previews store those thumbnails in the cloud temporarily.
Installation
eufy's E340 spec sheet lists 16-24V and 10VA for wired power, works with a mechanical chime but not a digital chime, and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. eufy's general wired-doorbell article asks for 30VA. The battery must stay installed in wired mode.
