Nintendo's own Switch 2 dock, sold as a set for a second TV. It has a built-in fan, a LAN port and the only confirmed TV-mode VRR support here. It does not work with the original Switch.

Nintendo says the original Switch AC adapter cannot power the dock, and that another adapter needs at least 54W. The dock's USB ports do not supply power unless a console is docked and on or asleep.
Nintendo's diagram shows USB 2.0 ports on the dock, plus HDMI, LAN and AC adapter ports at the back.
We have not found documentation of sleep and wake behavior beyond the USB power note.
