Speed
Sandisk lists up to 7,300MB/s sequential read for the 1TB model. Sony recommends 5,500MB/s or faster.
Capacity limits
Sold in 1TB, 2TB, 4TB and 8TB versions. Sony supports 250GB to 8TB.
Installation
The heatsink is designed for the PS5 M.2 slot. Sandisk lists 3.15 x 0.96 x 0.39 in for the 1TB model, inside Sony's 11.25mm thickness limit.
